What is Individual Therapy?
Individual therapy is an opportunity to fully experience our feelings, challenge our thoughts, and study our relationships. When we become more aware of these aspects of ourselves and our interactions with others, we gain an understanding of how and why we do the things we do. We can learn new ways of being that are healthier for us and our relationships.

In our sessions, you will have a safe space to talk confidentially about your concerns and challenging situations. Together, we will explore how you handle interactions, thoughts, and responses. Through this process, you will gain the tools to help you in recognizing, addressing, and managing the elements that are challenging in your life.
Individual therapy can coincide with other types of therapies for healing trauma, substance abuse, and postpartum depression. It is also not specific to one evidenced-based treatment, but may include many throughout the therapeutic process.
